But we get it—sometimes that awesome pirate hat or those leg warmers might not be exactly what you expected. No worries! Our Returns & Exchanges policy is here to make things right, faster than you can say “awesome!”

1. Returns & Exchanges Window

You can return or exchange items within 15 days of receiving your order. Please note that all returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with tags attached. We want you to love your ’80s costumes and accessories as much as we do!

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to get started:

  • Step 1: Contact our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.
  • Step 2: Our team will respond with a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) and instructions on where to send the item.
  • Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include the RAN clearly on the outside, and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked shipping method for your peace of mind.
  • Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

3. Refund Timelines and Methods

After we receive your returned item:

  • Refund Processing Time: 5 business days for inspection and approval.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the new item to you!

4. Non-Returnable Items

To keep things safe and hygienic, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Wigs and Hats: Due to their personal nature, items like Adult Black Wigs and Adult Hats are non-returnable unless defective.
  • Costumes Worn or Used: Any costumes (e.g., 80’s Costumes, Pirate Costumes, or Evil Clown Costumes) that show signs of wear or are not in their original condition cannot be returned.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately—we’ll make it right!

5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, we’ll ship the new item to you for free!
