We ship globally (excluding Asia and some remote areas) to bring the ’80s vibe to your doorstep! Here’s how we do it:

- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 days after dispatch. Shipping fee: £12.95.
- Free Shipping: For orders over £50, we use EMS. Delivery within 15-25 days after dispatch. Totally free, because we love you!
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey. Rock on!

You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return or exchange. All items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with tags attached. Let’s keep it fresh!

- Get Your RAN: We’ll respond with a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) and instructions on where to send the item.
- Ship It Back: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, write the RAN clearly on the outside, and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked shipping method for peace of mind.
- We’ll Handle the Rest: Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5 business days. Easy peasy!
Refund Timelines and Methods
After we receive your returned item:
- Refund Processing Time: 5 business days for inspection and approval.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the new item to you! How’s that for awesome?
Non-Returnable Items
